STATE
Manipur, situated in northeast India, has a population of 2.86 million. Eleven national highways run through the state and the railway line under construction on the Manipur-Assam border is a national priority project. It is also the first state in India to have set up the 4-core infrastructure of the National e-Governance Plan.
